Hotel Zoo Berlin

Appreciated that the hotel was chic and had very pleasant and pleasant staff on reception desk. My room with nice bed was stylish and functional. The location was marvellous and beautiful, not far from the biggest shopping street in Berlin next to Hugo Boss in a really cool building, best stores available in Berlin, and a very upscale shopping area with plenty of restaurants and bars and easily accessible. Food in the downstairs bar was decent.

Attentive and helpful staff with perfect service from check-in to check-out and the setting was stunning. There were a main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel.

The bed in our room was a little hard.

The unbeatable location near the train station was just what I needed. The hotel itself was in a lovely area.

The room was top-class and large with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns in the private bathroom. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Stunningly beautiful property with courteous employees with perfect service from check-in to check-out. Marvellous and fab location in the wonderful area, very close to great shops and galleries such as Camera Works and about 4k from the Brandenburg Gates, and the common areas. Plus, 10 minutes drive from a combined museum.

Last time I stopped, had well-designed and new-fashioned room on upper floors. Having a flat-screen TV, a Nespresso machine, and a writing desk was very convenient.

Luxurious unit with coffee/tea making machines and glassware. Pleasant view over the Berlin skyline from the window. Amazing breakfast, brilliant location in shopping district. Besides, easy access to St Chad's.

The venue was immaculately clean and fairly large. Brand-new and extremely pleasant rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. Astonishing view from the window over the courtyard. Good dishes, super central location in the main restaurant on a particular evening. Just next door to the lounge and bar areas and best shopping street.

Got wheelchair accessible room with these fairy-tale chandeliers and the bar plus large refreshing window as expected. It was nice to have an electric kettle and glassware available.

Very well maintained building and rooms with a tub. Lots of facilities such as: a laptop-size safe, a mini bar, and central heating. Stunning unbeatable location, right at the train line. Not far from all the shops, the shopping district, and a hip cocktail bar that attracts a crowd in the evening.

Totally enjoyable stay for two nights of my stay. Impeccably clean place with attentive staff and stunning view over the Berlin skyline. A very convenient area, perfect and magnificent location really close to restaurant, the train line and all the shops on KuDamm. Situated only 1 km from Savignyplatz.

Our room was well-equipped and well-kept with twin beds and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The staff was attentive and very very helpful and around most of the time. The breakfast was varied and exemplary, loved everything. The service offered was very good. Have stayed here many times and would definitely come back.

The food was tasteful with a great selection of choice! The location was fab, close to U-bahn, we enjoyed it.

The stay here was very nice for two nights of my stay. I was satisfied with practical rooms complete with bath products, a tub, as for instance. The location turned out to be marvellous and stunning. There was an excellent restaurant, a shopping street and the Christmas market next door. The downstairs bar was fantastic and the staff were courteous.

The staff - some of them were not particularly welcoming.

The location was great, for example, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church was relatively close to the hotel. It also was in the center of everything.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic in every respect, had TRULY WONDERFUL staff with perfect service from check-in to check-out.

It had a marvellous and fab location adjacent to the biggest shopping street in Berlin next to Hugo Boss in a really cool building, great shops and galleries and Grace restaurant. I was given panoramic and huge room with panoramic view, the official photos, for example.

The bed was extremely tiny in this place.

Cool place all in all, has pleasant staff on reception desk. You will find a mini fridge bar, a kettle and an individual safe.

No reason to complain, I would recommend this place and would stay here again. The hotel is perfectly clean, nestled in a very very good building with a rooftop restaurant. Practical location in general, competent staff on reception desk. It's just off Berlin, a very upscale shopping area and other transport links. They serve splendid food, have lots of options to choose from.

Units with a tub. Best possible and brilliant location to Aquarium Berlin. Found in the lovely area.

A fine breakfast was served there. Really great location. We would stay here again. Staff, especially in hotel, was friendly: )
