Our double room was great quality and brand-new with great beds.

Some of the staff were poorly trained.

Quiet bedroom. Very friendly and attentive staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Very comfortable building, good and perfect location just next door to very good cafes and restaurants, trains/trams, and Hackescher Market where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Overall it was very well decorated and a nice size, with a functional bathroom.

The property is bright, it has exceptional and incredible staff on the reception desk. The location is very central. And it's adjacent to the main train station as well as main attractions like natural museum.

I appreciated location which was marvellous and decent, not far from Nature under Museum, restaurants within walking distance and a tram stop. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away. The breakfast for the quality was served in the cafe.

Great location in a safe area right by all attractions Uban station, the main tourist sites in the Mitte district and the restaurants in the area.

Unbeatable and fantastic location in his area of duty and very relaxing area. Double room with a nice view, a good bed, for instance. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was luxurious.

Came here for 5 nights with my children, had a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the room - brand-new and stocked. The restaurant was very nice and the food was tasty.

I enjoyed the breakfast choices, they were particularly good. This accommodation had a very central setting very close to subway. What's more, it was just next door to all main landmarks / attractions, the metro stations and museums.

The place was lovely romantic and restaurant was clean! We had a savoury continental breakfast. The location of this hotel was good and unbeatable. Mitte district was worth staying in. We liked staying 2 nights here.

We had a nicely furnished and brand-new room with comfy beds. The people were attentive, will exceed the expectations. The hotel was adjacent to all major Berlin sights, the centre and all the tourist attractions and a lovely cafe down the road that had very friendly staff thanks to its good and absolutely perfect location.

Suits for celebrating birthday, can't help but recommend. All in all, it's pleasant place that has great and kind staff who claimed to be the manager.

The units where functional and the staff were exceptional people who claimed to be the manager. Cafe was perfect for a breakfast.

The breakfast was sumptuous for every taste, with a huge variety of fab options. The hotel was in a central location close to the train station. Besides, we were right by public transport and nice restaurants, all major Berlin sights, and main attractions like natural museum or check point Charlie.

The stuff was really helpful and patient and the place was spotlessly clean. I was here for 5 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with extremely nice staff. I liked the view of courtyard. I had very nice days staying at this hip new hotel.

The hotel had a marvellous location right next to Naturkundemuseum Ubahn station. It was ample sized, good enough for celebrating birthday.

My stay was brilliant for a perfect weekend. The staff was responsive and competent, everything was perfectly fine. The breakfast was above average and sumptuous for simple food, I enjoyed it. The pool was clean and I had complimentary drinks in the lounge bar. Besides, I parked on-site. The location was best possible and practical for walking around Natural History Museum Berlin.

Everything was lovely, incredible location to all main tourist destinations, the staff were patient. The room I got was well furnished and brand-new with multiple plugs right by the bed and a nice view plus a large bed. Got a large and sumptuous breakfast included in my rate. It offered very good service and fab food too. The sauna was a nice surprise.

The location is incredible and amazing, to the centre of old East Berlin. Also it is just off restaurant excellent as well as main train station and all other points.

The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The restaurant here was REALLY NICE for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. A roll-in shower was huge and everything was fine. The location was unbeatable and fab, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Berlin Wall Memorial.

We have spent 5 days in double room with the bedroom, multiple plugs right by the bed, a perfect decor. The price was £ 64. Took the advantage of the parking on-site. This pleasant hotel had a central setting close to the train station.

I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. It was beautifully designed and had exceptionally comfortable beds. I appreciated the very central location and the room was huge. The hotel itself was in a lovely area.

Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and dressing gowns was a bonus. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from a trendy art gallery. The room we booked was air-conditioned and soundproof with a huge bathroom. The decor was great and the bed was very big.
