I have stayed in the deluxe king room with club lounge access.

Magnificent location in Pott restaurant, in the new area. Besides, easy to get to Victoria Place Shopping Centre. Airy & soundproof unit with a great view over Potsdamer Platz and comfortable bed plus shower gel.

Beds were too soft.

Had a really amazing stay for two nights, everything was perfect. The staff were amazingly nice and brilliantly friendly during our stay. It was a marvellous location for us, close to central Berlin as well as Potsdamer Platz, the Tiergarten, the Soviet War Memorial, and Berlin Central Station.

The units are impeccable with views of berlin. The hotel offers great and unbeatable location close to many attractions.

Breakfast is such poor, rooms are too dark, Wi-Fi was terrible.

Marvellous location in the very very nice area, really close to Teirgarten and Brandenburg Gate, Berlin from San Francisco for business for the past 5 years and almost on a monthly basis and Berlin's Holocaust Memorial. Besides, easy to get to Apollo Victoria Theatre. Well-appointed and brand-new units with a very comfortable bed and extremely helpful staff.

Nothing too much trouble, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights. The hotel's location was perfect and exceptionally nice, to all the important sights with shopping centres and a market within walking distance.

The hotel had an unbeatable position, in modern centre of Berlin. The bedroom was elegant and luxury.

The location was unbeatable and amazing there, nice to return to after day's sightseeing. Besides, we were short walk to the main restaurant, the historical sites in Berlin, and sony center and Berlin mall.

Superior place, it was reasonably clean and had genuinely helpful staff from doorman to cleaning staff to receptionists. The location was magnificent and fantastic for first time visitors to Berlin. There was a really nice restaurant for dinner in the hotel.

The breakfast was incredible and outstanding with a huge variety of food!

It had a perfect and unbeatable location just next door to the Berlin mall, good restaurants, walking or public transportation which directly across the street and day's sightseeing. Again, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Friedrichstrasse Street.

The units were soundproof and the staff were efficient and competent people from doorman to cleaning staff to receptionists. The breakfast was marvellous and incredible with homemade cinnamon buns and nice touches in the past years, for example, and the restaurant was good.

Impressive room with top-notch services and a clean bathroom.

Came here for christmas, had good 3 days overall. There were very comfy beds and a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV with satellite channels in the deluxe king room.

High-class place with magnificent views of city.

The service was absolutely very good. Spa lounge was available. The hotel had a central position short walk to Teirgarten and Brandenburg Gate, sony center and Berlin mall and the restaurant. Also, Sony Center was within walking distance.

What an unbeatable and nice location to both sightseeing locations & a tube station! And not far from the biggest train stations in Berlin, mall, shopping arcade, and public transportation and the restaurant specifically for lunch. Well-appointed and brand-new units with an amazing view, baths and comfy bed, amazingly attentive employees.

I greatly enjoyed twin room. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath. Its location at a medium distance from Checkpoint Charlie was great.

Everything was perfect, personnel was amazingly nice. We spent 4 nights in deluxe king room with a view. We had coffee/tea makers and glassware in the room. The hotel's location was very central, right in the centre of all attractions. Plus, it was very close to bars, and several restaurants, a multiplex movie theater, live music and a terrific light show throughout the evening. The provided service was superb.

Very nice area, central location short walk to a city which is remarkable in so many ways and Berlin's top sites including the Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Berlin's Holocaust Memorial and Museum Island.

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was amazing: )

The location was marvellous and brilliant, within easy walking distance of Galileo. The deluxe king room I got was complete with comfortable bed, separate shower, as example. The pool was amazing and I had complementary drinks in the cigar bar.

We ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. Exceptional service was provided.

Possibly the best and excellent stay for two nights. Spotless hotel units with comfy bed, views of Berlin, breakfast or perhaps lunch. Unbeatable and stunning location to Natural History Museum Berlin...

The location was brilliant and awesome and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The airport was 30 km away.

Every time in Berlin, I choose this place. The location is magnificent and top, within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie. A coffee maker and glassware are a nice touch. They have a sauna and a nice sauna too.

It was clean, the staff was kind, plus the service was excellent! We had quick check-in on arrival. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Madame Tussauds Berlin Wax Museum. We dined at a great nearby restaurant with Japanese dishes.

amrit potsdamer platz, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. right next to brandenburg gate and other sightseeing areas. honestly nothing to complain about.

A relaxing base for exploring Berlin. It was close to Venusbassin.
