The room was reasonably large and brand-new with a functional bathroom. Its location was very central, few metres away from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The staff - some of them were very slow.

It's exceptionally clean, relaxing accommodation within 10 minutes' walk of the metro. The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to a known zoo.

It was a superb base for our really amazing stay. The staff were attentive, and we could use concierge service and wake up calls free of charge. Our suite was brand-new.

Deluxe room is fashionable, has an impeccably clean bathroom. I must comment on its very central location - it was absolutely perfect. If you walk 5 minutes, you'll find Pimlico metro station.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with tempur pillow, view of the zoo, a comfy bed. It is in decent location to Madame Tussauds Berlin Wax Museum, set close to the hotel. And the area is beautiful near Berlin as well as Zoo and Aquarium.

We loved the central location and how reasonably clean the place was kept. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The stuff was attentive and helped make our 4 days stay a perfect experience. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met standards, would recommend it.

I had a perfect experience here, everything was nice, the location was reasonable so close to Berlin, the zoo, Tiergarten. Got the same suite with space for a family booked online, enjoyed that. The staff members were all efficient and attentive.
