The staff helped us and were very very helpful and top-class. The rooms were brand-new and great modern with really nice beds. The service was very good, the breakfast was hot and large.

The place is exceptionally comfortable, met the criteria. Junior suite is compact, has a luxury bathroom. Incredible and incredibly welcoming staff as one would expect. Thank you you all!

Overall it was decent sized and double superior, with an open bathroom.

I had compact, airy room with a sofa set, a pretty good coffee, and a safe box. The morning breakfast was enjoyable with hot options, American waffles and filter coffee. The staff was pleasant and check in was very quick.

The location was marvellous and lovely and easy to travel to a museum and a gallery walking distance to the hotel.

The staff were superfriendly and wonderfully friendly and the facilities were beautiful modern. The bedroom was new-fashioned and functional. I loved the breakfast with a good choice of great food.

Everything was great, energetic staff, fantastic location right by the tv tower & Alexandra Platz as well as restaurants and sights. The room was gorgeous, provided with put-up bed and Nespresso machine plus a bath tub. The service was courteous, totally satisfied. The in-house restaurant for dinner and the downstairs bar.

The breakfast was savoury and superb with smoked salmon, eggs from powder, fruits and the restaurant food was gorgeous.

Pity, but the beds were hard.

I had a gorgeous and fabulous room to stay, it was complete with twin beds, internet, as for instance. The location was great and lovely - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

There was very hard bed in my room.

Everything was nice, including pleasant staff and wonderful location to many Berlin attractions. We truly enjoyed the inside of the junior suite, it featured a functional decor. The service provided there was great.

The rooms were neat and the bathrooms were luxurious. The breakfast was wonderful and savoury with scrambled eggs, the bakery plus smoked salmon, paying attention to little details.

The staff was very welcoming, provided a very quick check-in and a late check-out. The rooms were practical and the location was magnificent. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a simply mall.

We stay in double room quite often, it is airy and functional.

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. It was gorgeous, with a nice coffee, a safe box, and a sofa bed. Staff were informative, room was very pretty.

Everything was very comfortable, however a few employees were a little rude.

Its location to other restaurants in area was marvellous. Comforts of executive queen room were fabulous - a mini fridge, a safe, and an iron.

The location of the property was great, in the center of Berlin. I asked for family room and it was gorgeous with a comfortable bed. The staff was lovely and perfect - I would want to stay there again.

It is cool place to stay, the food is fresh, and location is incredible to the subway which after a long day was very welcome. The employees are all polite and courteous. A nice touch is also the complimentary beverages in the downstairs bar.

It was really clean and wonderful hotel, recommend. Had 3 nights in Berlin, spending my time here lovely. My executive double room was new-fashioned. The stuff were very pleasant and exceptionally nice yet not intrusive. The accommodation had a very central location to 3 lovely restaurants on a pretty canal. I found Brauhaus Georgbraeu offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The food in the in-house restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious.

The hotel was comfortable, we recommend it to anyone. It was fairly clean, breakfast was wonderful and savoury. Everything was amazing and the staff was very pleasant and incredibly kind.

The location is unbeatable and magnificent, in city center. Also, it is just off the restaurant for dinner, and the Christmas markets.

Perfect staff and amazing location between 2 tube stops which can get you to plenty of the sites- the ones the tube does n't get you to are in walking distance, everything was well-maintained. My family king room was fantastic with a nice coffee, a safe box, and a sofa bed.

Such a such great stay in February. Superb breakfast, pleasant views, unbeatable location not far from shops, two train stations in walking distance and the public transport and various stops and lines. Very pleasant and incredibly nice staff, airy executive king room. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Cool place overall, it is fairly clean, location is great by the nearby subway or the Museumsinsel. The staff are pleasant and incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was enjoyable, we truly enjoyed variety of meals.

Very pleasant and absolutely kind staff and management. Modern and airy rooms in a magnificent location, not far from Alexanderplatz and Sony TV Tower, and going on foot-Alexanderplatz 10min / Potsdamer Platz 20min walking.

Verona Restaurant, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Even the Tegel airport was not so far.

We visited gendarmenmarkt that was not far from the hotel. Good location in 15 min walk from the Moritzplatz metro station. Staff was helpful as usual...
