Hotel Palace Berlin

The room was air-conditioned and good-sized, we had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with a shower, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns. This was a magnificent location near to near by parks, several metro stations, and convenient dining options.

The venue's position was central. The staff was amazing friendly and very flexible all the time. The rooms were reasonably large and had an electric kettle and glassware.

Everything was great, so were excellent views of the zoo and Berlin skyline. The breakfast was really tasty and amazing, they served different meals. Its location was stunning, near to all shopping centers, bars, and public transport of all kinds, the Zoo railway station, which provides links to S & U Bahn services, and buses to/from the airports and the city centre, and great transport links to the airports.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a well-stocked mini bar, climate control, and a safe in the room. The location incredible and magnificent close to Zoo. Also - so close to western Berlin, Tiergarten park, and the restaurant.

Beautifully designed hotel in a very quiet area, walk from a zoo and cafés. Well-appointed units with very comfortable bed, drinks, for instance, absolutely courteous employees. Particularly good location - walk from a museum and a palace. Great service, parking close to the property. Nice pool area too.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe double room, plus a well-stocked mini bar, climate control, and a safe box. Magnificent view of the zoo and Berlin skyline from the window. Incredible setting, near to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, and Berlin Zoo and the shops of Charlottenburg.

It was a fantastic and perfect hotel in a good area, really close to the shopping complex, buses to/from the airports and all shopping centers, bars, and public transport of all kinds. In general the staff were amicable and efficient. We had a tasty breakfast, truly enjoyed the meal with many choises of fresh food and eggs & omelets, for example.

Lovely location near to bars, restaurants and shopping mall, the Zoo close enough to center of Berlin and shopping malls and an European capital, early check-in. Great beds, well-equipped and brand-new rooms. Savoury and large breakfast — lots of meals.

The location in a good area was absolutely perfect and lovely and there where a big shopping centre and shopping centres nearby.

Very central location really close to the public transport as well as restaurants and food stalls, grocery stores, ATMs, and a zoo and eateries are in front of the hotel.

The restaurant was excellent for breakfast here, I had fresh dishes. The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Plus it was in front of a zoo and eateries.

Queen room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with all the necessities including free wifi.

The setting was marvellous, close to the Center of Berlin, and grocery stores. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Dawg, ate there couple of times.

The view of the zoo and Berlin skyline from our air-conditioned room was great. The bed was very comfy, we thoroughly enjoyed it and slept well. The location was good and unbeatable, very close to Elephant Gate.

The place was fairly clean and staff was very very helpful. The room was well-equipped with very comfortable bed, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The hotel had a good restaurant for breakfast.

Great and stunning location a super close walk to Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. And short walk to Tiergarten park, the Berlin Zoo, high end and high street shopping and a wide range of restaurants, and transport in West Berlin. Amazing and beautiful units with very comfortable bed.

Have spent here 2 nights and our deluxe queen room was stunning. The breakfast was hearty and perfect with many choises of fresh food, we loved it. The location was marvellous, close to eateries and bars.

Enjoyed our fantastic stay there a lot. The deluxe king room had a sofa bed, central heating and an iron, facilities worked for us. We could rent scooter and bicycle right there. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from The Door. The hotel was close to eateries and bars...

Liked my double room with the a/c, a bathtub, as example. Had a fabulous stay for a perfect vacation, would definitely go again.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other trendy boutique hotels. The staff was best and cooperative and everything was excellent. Besides, parking was available close to the hotel. The location was handy, a 10-15 minute walk from The Paris. Further, it was near to several metro stations including a hub station as well as Europa center.

Sincerely, it was a lovely stay for a perfect vacation. It had central location close to a famous West Berlin thoroughfare. Could use their private parking.

Had beautifully maintained double room for your comfort and wake-up service was available in it. We were in an unbeatable location within walking distance of a known zoo.

Everything was good, however a few employees were very impolite.

It was clean, silent room. The stuff was professional and efficient and check in was easy. The location was excellant, close to Berlin Zoological Garden. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

The king room was immaculate with good bed as well as a baby high chair. The location was magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to a famous West Berlin thoroughfare. Moreover, it was very close to the centre of Berlin, a main train station for getting to/from the airport easily and the Berlin Zoo.

The setting was GREAT here. Visiting tiergarten was easy as it’s 15 minutes walk away. 300 feet from the hotel you'll find Bavarian, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.
