It was a gorgeous place, had exceptionally nice staff at reception desk. Its location was great and fantastic, to sights we wanted a closer look at on day two, and in a very vibrant area. Besides, the property was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

Facilities were relatively new, yet Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Clean accommodation, great staff at the reception desk. A huge variety of products for an amazing and delicious breakfast. Bright units with balconies, window into the inner yard, as for instance.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Good location, terrific service, overall fairly clean place. Stuff is very very helpful and caring and you can park your car onsite.

Loved the place, fully equipped and well-appointed for celebrating birthday. We got a premium room, it was brand-new. The breakfast was free of charge for all tastes, the food was good. Efficient central location close enough to center of Berlin where most of tourist attraction is located, the touristic centre and markets at Christmas time.

Appreciated our place and would return there. Had excellent stay on a business trip with useful staff and marvellous location near to a Metro station. The morning breakfast was good hot with including made-to-order egg dishes, pastries, a chef preparing omelettes. We had a comfy bedroom.

The hotel's position was great, not far from a complicated maze of never ending corridors, subway and bus station, spa and other facilities, and the Checkpoint Charlie.

Had a fabulous stay for a city break weekend, everything was brand-new. The staff were absolutely charming and fabulous all of the time. This accommodation was in the very central location to cultural highlights of the city.

Whole place was spotless with stunningly beautiful views; perfect and efficient location near the tube station. The staff was willing to help with any questions or requests. We didn't have time, yet the English breakfast looked free of charge.

Had good sleep at the superior room with a terrace.

The location was very central, so close to shops Christmas markets, train station, tube station, super market, breakfast shop, close to Berlin mall and a lot of sightseeing and the metro lines. What's more, there was landscaped gardens a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Overall it was new-fashioned and stylish, with a private bathroom.

The staff were all outstandingly accommodating and gentle.

The venue is stylish, clean and the location is marvellous and absolutely incredible near the exact center of Berlin, Berlin's restaurants and a bus station. The units are functional and well soundproofed with breakfast included. A nice touch is also the complimentary beverages in the music bar.

English breakfast was large with many options. The location was fantastic, right by Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, U2 subway lines, and the many coffee shops or bakeries.

The weather was sunny, had wonderful stay during our visit. We loved the location in a good setting, to Stadtmitte underground station. Moreover, a football-field-sized memorial was relatively near the place.

I thoroughly enjoyed the christmas and would return there. By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Berlin, had much fun and met helpful staff on the reception desk. I had a good hot English breakfast with pancake machine. The location was amazing and incredible, close to Friedrichstrasse Street. This hotel was in an extremely comfortable area very close to the most interesting monuments in Berlin, and other sights.

Everything was lovely here. The staff were flexible and skilful too. Thanks to an excellent service I had a great stay. The location was fab, near U-Bahn station Stadt-Mitte, and the bed big.

The location was comfortable and efficient for Berlin, not far from attractions like the Berlin Wall and the Museum Island, the DDR museum, so essentially quite central and Checkpoint Charlie, Potzdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor. Also, it was 3 km from a pedestrianized square.

It's a comfy and special place. Handy very central location, so close to Gendarmenmarkt, the city center and Berlin. Besides, very convenient to a simply mall. Soft drinks at main bar, exceptional service. The easy check-in.

Comfy accommodation with an excellent service in the centre of Berlin. High quality food plus accommodating staff. A pleasant restaurant and a main bar available. Early check in and late check out. Excellent experience there.

The location of the hotel was decent - not too far from Madame Tussauds Berlin Wax Museum. We lived in the superior room with balcony.

A stylish hotel in Berlin. Neat and immaculate unit with minibar, nice big TV and a comfy bed. All in all fab location, so close to Berlin, Checkpoint Charlie and all main attractions. Also, in a nice neighborhood next to two metro stations. Everything great.

I went on a christmas and everything here was perfect. The attentive staff truly made me feel welcome. The location was best possible for walking around a picturesque town square. It was located in a safe area very close to Berlin, the major sites, and public transport, a fine base for me.

The staff was pleasant and the room was good sized with spacious beds. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Avan, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
