Its service was very good. Great food and high standard room - had a just perfect stay. The staff was absolutely excellent and excellent co-operating, helped a lot. Particularly good and stunning location to the wonderful Gendarmenmarkt Christmas market was a plus.

Was a fabulous base for christmas. Well, it was a REALLY UNFORGETTABLE stay during both nights of stay. The breakfast spread was high quality and savoury.

Booked studio suite, had a good stay of 1 or 2 nights. The location to a museum and monuments was excellent and unbeatable for what I needed.

The location is incredible and unbeatable, to train station etc. And it's near to metro / bus stations, restaurants and public transit, and supermarkets at hand.

The venue is neat, with magnificent and absolutely perfect location not far from Checkpoint Charlie and metro stations. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the attentive staff. The rooms are well presented and brand-new and they have a main bedroom area, a storage space, and a coffeemaker. You can have a continental breakfast in the café.

Neat and beautifully decorated accom with excellent and stunning location not far from a u-bahn and restaurants, and the Checkpoint Charlie metro stop, various shops and bicycle hubs.

Fully-equipped, high standard room with an open bathroom and a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels. Attentive and caring staff with great local knowledge. Fast check in & the service was very good. The pool area was excellent too.

We booked double room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: a storage, a Nespresso machine, and climate control.

Our experience here was very enjoyable. We were there for 3 days, everything was modern, truly enjoyed its magnificent and incredible location near to supermarket and restaurants, Mr Chau restaurant around the corner- fabulous Thai food, and metro stations very nearby.

We had a perfect christmas with high quality and savoury breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect, just off Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Jewish Memorial as well as the main sights.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was modern, the location was incredible really close to a landmark in Berlin, and the supermarkets. I asked for studio suite and it was well presented and brand-new for access to bathroom in the midnight. Here I spent 3 nights and truly enjoyed being in this place.

It had quiet and handy location a minute walk from a modern art museum. It was located in a pretty quiet area really close to metro stations leading all over Berlin, a Lidl restaurant and main sights, a comfortable base for me.

What a perfect and luxurious place! Marvellous and handy location within easy walking distance of Theater im Palais. Found in a really quiet area. Superfriendly and attentive staff, free wake up service and ironing. Easy check-in, parking close to the hotel. By the way, parking fee - £ 16 per day.

The hotel was luxurious, we would recommend. Loved our stay, had good 3 days overall. The stunning location was so close to a State museum. And it was also adjacent to all major attractions, Checkpoint Charlie and central Berlin.

500 feet from the hotel you'll find restaurant tim raue, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. I liked the view from the room. Location met expectations. Recommended base for discovering Berlin.
