Mercure Hotel Berlin Mitte

Had lovely stay for a short business trip, the staff were excellent co-operating, location was ideal in a peaceful neighborhood.

The room of the hotel was new-fashioned and tidy with air-con. The location in a very quiet area was excellent.

The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast offered lots of food and was very good. The rooms were reasonably large and included Wi-Fi and a safe box etc.

The bed was very small here.

We had a satisfactory breakfast with fruits and cheese, as example, could find something for everyone.

It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Kreuzberg district adjacent to construction work in the area and convenience stores. The staff are extremely friendly and cooperative and I loved their attitude. They serve a lot of meals, the food I tried was good. Thank you for a such great stay.

I had the standard room which was neat and nicely furnished. WiFi and a safe worked well. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

Enjoyed my really lovely stay during my visit. This location was excellent, adjacent to the U-Bahn and construction work, metro and park, and the U-Bahn station.

Stayed in standard double room with shower which was perfect for me. It was in the central location very close to the U-bahn.

Everything was fine, including especially helpful staff and unbeatable location near Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station. I have stayed in standard room for 3 nights, it was complete with a bath tube, shower and air-con.

The place is nice and has amazing location close to a U-Bahn station. They serve delicious food, have a huge variety of options to choose from.

The superior double room was great value for money, cosy, with a fairly clean bathroom. The bed was nice, the amenities included a laptop safe, central heating, and an iron.

Would definitely recommend this place and will be back. It was spotless, and the people were service-oriented and competent.

It was lovely stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would love to go back. Spotless and the staff was competent. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in the city center.

Fairly clean venue with magnificent location in the city center. Location short walk to Berlin from and a U bahn station. Plus, close to a giant museum.

I had a really lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was stunning just next door to the U Bahn station Gleisdreieck and the city centre and Sony Center. I loved that it was tidy: )

The staff is expert, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is absolutely perfect short walk to metro and park, and the city center + Technical Museum and authentic brewery. The bar is adjoining.

The room is a little dated.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It's superb base for sightseeing and exploring Berlin. You will find an electric kettle, a private safe and central heating. The hotel offers plenty of food that was amazing! The location is decent and enjoyable, 2 km from Jewish Museum Berlin. It is found in a pretty quiet area near all major sightseeings, UBahn and many good restaurants may be found.
