Mercure Hotel Berlin City West

Perfect venue, unbeatable location not far from subway, free public parking as well as the airport, comfort and cleanliness, liked our stay. We got family room with sofa bed for kids and bath plus TV, had very good experience here.

We stayed here before, always tidy and beautiful rooms with good breakfast.

There was no balcony which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Everything was perfect, had a really comfortable stay for a short business trip. The room was tidy and silent with an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Excellent service, good location next to a U-Bahn Station. Based really close to Close to subway, airport and city center, and both the airport and the underground. Exceptionally good and extensive breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes.

Our room was not only silent, but also comfortable with sofa bed for kids, the bathroom plus old thick carpets. The hotel had marvellous and perfect location very close to airport TXL,11 to 12 Euro and an U-Bahn Station.

It is located next to a tube station and is in a good and perfect location. It is in a very bright area. The breakfast is particularly good and extensive, includes variety of meals.

Cheerful place, exceptionally comfortable beds, polite staff. Tidy and silent room with adapted bathroom and a balcony and armchairs. Magnificent location in Spandau district close to both the airport, aiport, and the best supermarket. Also, close to shopping centre.

There were comfortable beds and multi-channel television, a sitting area, and a writing desk inside the room. The breakfast was extensive and offered a wide range of outstanding food. No matter the issue the staff was willing to help.

The breakfast had a huge variety of appetising food and drinks. Last time we stopped we had an amazing, beautiful room with good breakfast.

My kids and I greatly enjoyed being there. Overall it was well soundproofed and new-fashioned with sofa bed for kids. A fast food restaurant for dinner was an advantage. I had a very very good stay at this low-budget hotel.

The pool area is nice too. Nice building and tidy and beautiful rooms with bath. A great selection of extensive breakfast items to choose from.

Excellent service, the breakfast is reasonably good and extensive. The family room is modern and has multi-channel television, a sitting area, and a writing desk. The staff are very amiable and competent, we liked them. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, as the hotel is based to tegel early morning flight🙂👍😃

Tbh, had a very good stay for Business Trip. Stayed here with my kids and everything was perfectly fine. It was a peaceful and perfect location so close to Tegel AirPort and Messe, the UBahn, and the best supermarket. The staff was willing to help, they are competent and extremely helpful people.

Sincerely, it was a comfortable stay for 3 nights. The staff was willing to help and kept it all clean. Location: the hotel was near to airport TXL,11 to 12 Euro for Taxi and the metro. There was a fast food restaurant nearby. We loved being in this property.

The service was EXCELLENT, the staff was willing to help. Our tidy and silent room was equipped with a queen size bed, the bathroom, balcony. There were coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge too.

We had a room with a BEAUTIFUL view. It was worth its 4 stars.

We found Raj Mahaal to dine in 500 feet from the hotel. The bed in our room was comfortable.

Staff are friendly, location is very good. Totally recommend for everyone. Only a short distance to Il Ducato, where you can have lunch. It took 5 minutes to reach Strandbad Jungfernheide on foot;))
