Totally pleasant stay for a longer holiday. Spotlessly clean venue and very amiable employees. Well decorated and well-appointed rooms with a view, and good restaurant. Facilities - a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card.

The units are luxury, bright with balcony. The hotel provides a friendly service.

We didn't have time, so we will definitely go again next time. All in all everything was really good, had a good stay for a longer holiday.

The venue is ideal and gorgeous, its location is perfect, adjacent to all the main tourist attractions, airport station or railway station and central Berlin. They offer lovely modern, stylish rooms with balcony, extra lovely touches and excellent shower. The decoration is unique. All in all they offer terrific service. No complains at all, a very enjoyable experience, would like to stay there on the next trip.

The double room was modern with a view, the bed was very comfy. Great service, although a few employees were extremely rude. The location was absolutely incredible for our trip.

Central location, decent place for discovering Berlin. Enjoyable stay, and 15 minutes' stroll from the metro.

Incredible location short walk to the center of Berlin, and Christmas market, shops and restaurants, early check-in. Nearby Augustiner am Gendarmenmarkt - great place to chill out. Had a beautifully maintained and well-appointed room with with an Iron, balconies plus bathroom for my comfort. The decor here was beautiful. The great service and the attention to detail!

Had very central location right in the centre of Berlin within easy walking distance to a lot of sights. The breakfasts were enjoyable and the service was impeccable.

Everything was brand-new, had a perfect stay for a longer holiday. The rooms were nice modern and fashionable, with a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker and a writing table, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location was marvellous in a shopping area, so close to the beautiful square, and the centre of Berlin. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Lutter & Wegner, ate there once or twice. Got double room with balcony when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

The folks working here were attentive and caring.

We had a good stay, the hotel was luxury, spotlessly clean, with magnificent location to the Christmas Market. Location: the property was so close to all the historic areas. Found Gendarmerie with perfect drinks 500 metres away...
