It is a great property located in Tiergarten district close enough to the zoo, the aquarium and the biggest park of Berlin, the Intercontinental in London for example and public transport/ bus stop. The hotel has amazing location to all the main sights and enthusiastic and nice employees who provided an exceptional service. The outdoor bar is good, truly enjoyed this place.

It's spacious with luxury bathrooms.

The stuff where patient and caring and always had a smile. The room was nicely furnished, had a really nice stay for a business trip.

The location was good and unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was 30 km away.

The units are functional, fashionable with a sofa which helped.

Fascinating and fairly clean place to stay in, it has consistently courteous staff from the reception to the Porter. The premium king room is fancy with a good sized bathroom as well as the minibar.

The rooms were beautiful and magnificent with required things, like a walk in wardrobe, ample closet space, and a couch. The location was marvellous and brilliant and I could use private parking on site. Also, Colnbrook West was 5 km away from the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed my fantastic stay for a business trip. I was given fabulous and absolutely gorgeous room with a Park View, bedroom, for example. Amazing location and overall the staff was enthusiastic and nice. Besides, it was 1 km away from a modern shopping center.

Truly exceptional accommodation with patient staff members from the reception to the Porter. Well furnished room with very comfy bed and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Cute zone, in front of the train station.

Expensive breakfast.

This was a fantastic stay for good value. Appreciated the price of our twin room with nice view of the trees and its essentials.

It offers beautiful rooms with fluffy pillows, all comforts and a good view.

The breakfast with freshly made omelettes, healthy offerings, cheese was sensational, had so much to choose from. The room was terrific and magnificent, I had a walk in wardrobe, ample closet space, and a sofa. The staff were informative, marvellous location near the zoo. Plus, it was just next door to public transport/ bus stop, and Berlin for business.

Newly renovated and contemporary units available with the closet in the bathroom, sofa bed, a sofa which helped. Marvellous, perfectly comfortable location adjacent to most area landmarks and restaurants, and the main sights using the U bahn.

I stayed here 3 nights and truly enjoyed it. The room was spacious and fancy and it had soft bathrobes, a shower cap, and fresh towels, that's cool. The view was pleasant, the breakfast was comprehensive and enormous. The hotel was in a very central setting very close to the Zoo. The place was beautiful and absolutely fabulous, no complaints whatsoever, can recommend.

The room was stylish, they served incredible breakfast and there was extremely polite staff. It had park views. The location was ideal, not too far away from a famous West Berlin thoroughfare. There was a magnificent restaurant, all the major shops and a market next door.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

This hotel was modern and I will be back. The property was luxurious with very attentive staff from the reception to the Porter, I greatly enjoyed the stay. The location turned out to be particularly good, short walk to the main sights using the U bahn and public bus 100 and 200, subway, bus and taxi and shops. Plus, a famous West Berlin thoroughfare was just a short walk away from the venue. I had my very comprehensive and delicious breakfast in the bar.

We truly enjoyed being there. The property was great and enchanting with courteous staff who provided an exceptional service. The location was marvellous and fantastic and close to places we visited. Being in front of a bus station was a bonus.

We stayed in a reasonably spacious room, which had a view of the park. The service provided there was first-class! Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. The restaurant was awesome for dinner, appreciated it.

The hotel was enchanting and had all the nice charm coupled with a brilliant service. I was satisfied with the beautiful room, there were a hairdryer, terry dressing gowns and a shower cap just in case. I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed that.

Its location was great, close to good public transport and shopping, and Tiegarten park. The room was extremely spacious with a nice view and I really enjoyed the European-style building. I did not want to leave and would like to come again.

Absolutely fantastic and pleasant place, great for trip. Large and marvellous breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Ideal setting, right by the conservatory, the Berlin zoo and Aquarium, department stores KaDeWe and Karstadt, also the Memorial Church of the Kaiser Wilhelm, and a Western European capital. Terrific service overall and parking on site. Not to mention good wifi!

Liked how superior the property was and its knowledgeable staff who provided an exceptional service. My room was a decent size & newly decorated with beautifull bathroom and park view plus space to work. The bar had a great selection of outstanding meals for breakfast.

Had a fantastic stay even in late night, everything was great. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast here, I had warm dishes. Everyone who worked there was really kind and enthusiastic. The location was marvellous and amazing, for example, a bus station was in front of the venue. It was located in a great area.

The place was fairly clean with an enthusiastic and nice staff who provided an exceptional service. Got twin room with a huge bathroom when arrived, enjoyed that.

Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our choice. The room was beautiful and what's more - included a hairdryer, terry dressing gowns and a shower cap. The daily breakfast was excellent with cheese, 2 cooks serving freshly made omelettes plus healthy offerings. It was in a very central location, to do major events well.

Breakfast was expensive, can definitely be improved.

The location is very central. It has both SUPERFRIENDLY and efficient staff. The room is fashionable and cosy with a view, also they can offer wake-up service.

Separate bathroom is best. The location is incredible, within walking distance of The Door. Area is fairly nice and adjacent to bars, the center and zoo. We have stayed at this brand-new hotel previously and will be back.

The atmosphere created was contemporary. The hotel was in a very central location in the newly renovated area. Besides, it was near to famous zoo, main shopping street and all the attractions.

Loved the place, had a really nice stay for the weekend. Our accommodation was set in a very central location so close to Berlin, the golden statue. It also was in nice modern area...

Totally really great stay for business trip. Peaceful location relatively close to Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Courteous and enthusiastic staff, fashionable twin room. Comprehensive and exceptional breakfast options and good view. Quick check-in, parking onsite. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Very central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was great, next to Aquarium Berlin. The units were silent and the staff were pleasant people from the reception to the Porter. They immediately helped with luggage.

There was a not very comfortable bed.

I came here with my kids. The room was silent with a good sized bathroom and the overall experience was such wonderful. Unbeatable location, Berlin Brandenburg airport was 30 km away. We stayed in the superior room, just a walk down to Wittenbergplatz metro station, just 5 minutes on foot. Hotel's restaurant served HEALTHY meals.

Ristorante la sardegna is within a walking distance of the hotel. Tiergarten was easy to reach. Pool looked great.

The hotel is right by U-Bahn station. Location was great and the rooms were comfortable. It was surely a nice stay
