The staff are very attentive, the breakfast is hot and savoury. It's well-equipped and newly remodelled with really cool bathrooms.

The property's location was fantastic and stunning, within walking distance of 3 xmas markets. It was good to be 1 km away from Gregory's, serving short-orders.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was nice and exemplary, it had brilliant location just next door to Klosterstraße and Alexanderplatz, main sites and tube and rail stations and all connected trains/metro and museums.

We had standard room, and it was neat in bed covered. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind too.

Overall it was tidy, with a functional bathroom. Very comfy beds, a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron were a nice touch.

The breakfast was good and offered a wide array of items. We took a standard room and it had a kettle and tea, coffee.

The location for Berlin was particularly good, just next door to Ubahn and S Bahn as well as the underground and train stations and main tourist attractions. Also, it was 15 min walking distance to Museum Island.

I appreciated staying in this nice and exemplary place. The location was great, close to Tv Tower. The room was clean and since it had down pillows I slept like a baby. The rate was £ 72. Every staff member was informative and kind.

I had very nice days staying at this great budget hotel. They had an easy check-in. Its location within walking distance of Tv Tower was peaceful.

This low cost hotel had quiet atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was tidy and silent with double bed, a great view and a good breakfast and the overall experience was really really nice. The food was appetising, especially eggs, cereals and pastries for breakfast.

The best thing is location - close enough to Nikolaiviertel and the city center and public transport. Offers very good service and freshly made food.

It's excellent base for visiting some must see attractions in Berlin. Our room was calm, attractive and competitive value for money. Plenty of food for a buffet breakfast.
