The room was practical with great facilities, the breakfast was savoury. A hair dryer and free toiletries were very handy. The location was great and lovely, for example, Princes Street Gardens was relatively near the hotel.

Generally, the place was well-maintained and had very amiable and extremely helpful staff especially at the reception desk. The unit we got was nicely decorated with a comfy bed and good products in the bathroom. Everything was really good, including nice room decor. The hotel was centrally located just next door to Zoolgischer Garten and Savignyplatz, many boutiques and pubic transport close to metro/bus stations. Also, Edinburgh Castle was easily accessible, set only 1 km away. The vibe here was contemporary. They offered ironing at no cost too.

The rooms were recently refurbished & a decent size with a balcony.

The location it offers is fantastic, right by shops locally besides the usual tourist attractions throughout the city, the metro stops, and most German trains.

Overall - high-class place with very amiable stuff especially at the reception desk. Unbeatable location, well-stocked breakfast with lots of food.

Functional and brand-new units with equally spacious bathroom as well as unpacked clothes or cases. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, close to several train stations. Near to bus stops and train stops, shopping centre and restaurants and trains and airports.

Our room was well-equipped with functional bathroom, it faced the courtyard.

The venue was centrally set in a central area. Btw, the airport was 30 km away. All the staff were superfriendly and really polite. We had a reasonably large and functional room with cosy decor.

The units were functional and the staff were very amiable and attentive people especially at the reception desk. This was a 1st class hotel with a central location near the Berlin trade center.

The room I got was brand-new and great modern with nice bathroom facilities, all necessary equipment and the windows to trains tracks.

Our queen room was complete with sofa bed, all necessary equipment and A/C. The staff was attentive and caring, we had an easy check-in. The hotel was centrally situated in a very nice area close to the U Bahn, Kudamm, main shopping area and super market, and restaurants and shops that speak German, English and French.

The units are practical and silent with a view in to the backyard.

All in all everything was very good, had a very good stay for a Berlin visit. The rooms turned out to be recently refurbished and a decent size with a comfy bed as well as fridge. Every staff member was genuinely helpful and attentive. The hotel was centrally located, right by the garden, many nice shops and restaurants and the best restaurants in Berlin and set in a very nice area.

I was pleased with well-equipped room, which was complete with soft drinks, very nice balcony, for example.

Well-maintained spotlessly clean property, it has caring staff especially at the reception desk. It is centrally based next to the train station.

The place was overall clean with extremely helpful and attentive staff members. The breakfast was well-stocked and the atmosphere was contemporary! Centrally located close to major transport links, loved this place. The service was excellent, the food was good. Moreover, parking was onsite.

I booked silent, airy room with modern bathroom, ironing board, a lot of free toiletries. The accommodation had a very central location rather close to S-Bahn. Also, it was relatively close to Aquarium Berlin.

Had a king room with balcony as well as for hanging clothes and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tastefully decorated and good modern room with twin beds as expected. Magnificent location close to several metro stations and easy access to a shopping mall and a main shopping street.

Enjoyed how the double room with fast wi-fi was arranged when we arrived. Everything was very good, including well organised breakfasts with the waffle iron and the bananas, for example.

Exceptionally nice team especially at the reception desk. The hotel was placed in the very central location rather close to the S Bahn. Further, it was just off a well known shopping street, very handy for all types of transport links and the usual tourist attractions.

There was a great selection of nice meals. The staff was very friendly and the room was functional and brand-new. The hotel was set in a central area near to restaurants, bars, cafe, and the Berlin Zoo, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and many types of restaurants and shopping.

It was centrally located for seeing Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. The staff were very amiable and extremely helpful and the design was very modern.

Beds were a little hard.

The location was practical, within walking distance of The Door. We were greeted by best, attentive staff. Our room was modest.

Shops and boutiques were right next door. The bed was very comfy and it was great having air conditioning, a sofa bed and an iron.

Brilliant and clean place. Nice building and cool and modest rooms with great facilities. Plenty of options, fine food. Magnificent location, not too far from a town square. Good area. Early check-in and the staff was welcoming.

Central location, relatively close to The Paris. Based really close to lovely restaurants easy to get into city centre and Kudam street, many shops, metro nearby. Double room with air-con, soft drinks plus shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was helpful, the beds were comfy. The hotel was perfectly located. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Nuovo Mario that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
