Everything was very convenient, the parking was outside, the room was big. The staff was willing to help with any questions or requests. Nice and understanding staff and the breakfast was reasonably good with cheeses and good alternatives and juice. I thoroughly enjoyed to be in this place.

Lovely location close to the major landmarks made it easy to get to key attractions.

The rooms are good value for money here with TV, huge comfortable bed plus an AC. A very nice restaurant from the ground floor of the hotel is available.

We truly enjoyed the marvellous location to most Berlin highlights. Further, it was so close to shops, bars as well as the Christmas market at Gendarmenmarkt.

The room was tidy with modern amenities. The staff was approachable, provided a speedy check-in and a simple check-out. We had a tiny bedroom. The hotel was in a very central setting to many attractions nearby.

The location is great, a train station is so close to the venue. In love with trendy and spotless rooms with single beds or double beds.

The venue was in a central location adjacent to the center of city, East side gallery, and the classiest neighbourhoods of Berlin. The room was nicely decorated, enjoyable base for a city break.

The double room was splendid, included a safe box, a minibar, and a writing desk. Unbeatable location, we were near several metro stations and all the' sights'. The attached restaurant from the ground floor of the hotel was the best part.

Possibly the best and lovely stay during our visit. Beautifully decorated and good modern room and great-sized bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Excellent location in center of center and cute area. Again, walking distance to a picturesque town square.

The room was kept very clean and available with good heating and a good size bathroom plus comfortable beds.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation with fast staff with the service we received from staff. Very easy to get from Berlin Brandenburg airport, just 30 km.

The rooms were neat, trendy with a possibility of cancellation, ideal for us. The location was very central, adjacent to the train station, Charlottenburg or almost anywhere in Berlin, the Checkpoint Charlie attraction, and good restaurant nearby.

Variety of food for breakfast, it was yummy. The room was trendy, moreover cheap with comfortable bed. Everything here was great, I would stay here again.

Inviting and fairly quiet rooms come with the space for meetings, a double bed and as much variety. The location is unbeatable and they have parking nearby. The airport is 30 km away.

Right place for summer holidays, felt like home. The location was so excellent, short walk to Berlin's major shopping street, major attractions and the top sights. What's more, there was Berlin State Opera around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with TV and a sofa. Incredibly helpful and professional staff who were always there to help. The public parking was outside, very good service. Easy check-in was a bonus.

We enjoyed this stay. The restaurant was incredible at the lobby of the hotel here, we had hot dishes. The staff was willing to help and always pretty friendly. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a historic square. We spent some time with tasty drinks in the comfortable Irish bar.

They served cold breakfast, it can be far better.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with comfy bed. The location turned out to be marvellous, very close to Friedrichstrasse, Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburger Tor, the city center and parking place and the parks and reichstag.

It was clean, and the people were great and kind. Its location not too far from a historic square was unbeatable. We ate at a nice restaurant at the lobby of the hotel. Inner courtyard view was absolutely fabulous.

The place was nice, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend. The time I spent there was fantastic. The location was unbeatable for walking around Friedrichstrasse Street. The area was lovely close enough to Close to shopping district, cafes at walking distance, and Berlin itself a fabulous city. I only stayed 3 nights, however the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The breakfasts were great and the service was friendly! I could park the car nearby.

My room had awful view.

The room was tastefully decorated and lovely looking and kept very clean. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful and the cocktail bar was a plus. The location offered was magnificent just off well-connected by public transport, many tourist attractions, and resturants in the area.

There was breakfast to be needed.

It is a well-appointed property located in Mitte district really close to key sights and a U Bahn station, and U-Bahn. Healthy breakfast, thanks a lot. The location is unbeatable and convenient, really close to all the main "attraction ". Thank you for a pleasant stay.

As we remember, there was no laundry service.

It was in a marvellous and fab location very close to Germany, the train station, Charlottenburg or almost anywhere in Berlin and Checkpoint Charlie and also the Hop on/off buses. I stayed here before, always trendy and cheap rooms by their minibar.

All in all perfect and so excellent location, close enough to several attractions and public transportation, a tube station and the Berlin mall. Also, near the center of the city: )

Beds were a little hard.

Fabulous and fairly clean place with nice staff with the service we received from staff. Stunning very central location, close enough to the major attractions in Berlin as well as a great Giap restaurant. Also, close to town centre.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was healthy and delicious. The staff were attentive and easy going and the facilities provided were VERY GOOD.

I got healthy breakfasts with pastries and juice. The location was brilliant and fab, just a pleasant stroll away from a town square. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very helpful...

There were airy, convenient rooms with clean shower, a comfortable bed, all amenities.

The location was handy, just a short stroll away from an 18th-century neoclassical monument. It was located in a downtown area.

Staff is KIND and the location is perfect. Found a place called Ristorante Lungomare, set really close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

All was amazing, including staff and location. Moreover, Topography of Terror Center was 15 minutes' walk away. We loved this hotel.

Located 500 feet from the hotel, Meli Cafe was a good choice to eat. The workers were really excellent:)))
