Flottwell Berlin Hotel & Residenz Am Park

It has absolutely perfect and incredible location in Tiergarten district close to the touristic sites, mini-mart and local cafes, and the nearest subway station.

Well-equipped place overall, it is exceptionally clean, location is convenient right next to a nice park. The breakfast variety is wonderful with lovely goodies, good service.

The positives include exceptionally nice location and parking onsite. The hotel is in a very new area.

The stay here was great for the holidays. The staff were very nice and super friendly and the facilities were very useful. Near a U-Bahn station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, to the major site-seeing sights.

It was attractive, perfect and with a double bed. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Gleisdreieck tube station.

This place is amazing because of the magnificent location and city views. The king room is impressive and perfect. The staff is pleasant, they ensure you have a really great time here. Exceptional service, the breakfast is adequate. There are reasonable prices in the property.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the city and transport links, Near Public transport, and the centre of Berlin. All of the staff were ATTENTIVE, accommodating.

We really enjoyed food and facilities, everything was ready for our trip. By the way, parking fee equals for EUR 15 per day. There's Victoria Bar with nice shots a short way from the venue.

Friendly personnel, good bed. The hotel is based really close to U-Bahn station. Really GREAT breakfast.
