Ideal hotel, fairly clean, with competent staff at reception desk. The location comfortable in the center of touristville. Also - right by short walk restaurants, a train station and S-bahn and city centre.

Beds were not comfortable.

The hotel itself was a bit dated, yet the breakfast was generous and the staff were well experienced. I greatly enjoyed that the property was very close to a S-Bahn station.

The area was really noisy.

Well-appointed and beautifully decorated units with double bed and competent staff. Good meals.

Generally, liked this beautifully kept accommodation with well managed staff from house keeping to management. Its location was peaceful, short walk to the ‘ Stubhe' restaurant which offered authentic freshly cooked German cuisine and the center of touristville. The room was brand-new, extremely pleasant and had a stunning view.

Good and perfect location for our needs, right by taxi in the Berlin traffic jam, the Portofina restaurant, and two mainline train stations, 5 & 10 minute walks. Large and comprehensive breakfast with hot options for every taste.

The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from Madame Tussauds London. I appreciated that it is set very close to a S-Bahn station. The staff was EXPERIENCED, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The room was huge and fancy with a double bed.

The place was fairly clean and high-class, had competent staff from house keeping to management. Comfortable location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. Plus, it was close to an underground station and the rooms were contemporary and decent sized.

Big excellent value hotel with a perfectly comfortable and top location just next door to a subway station and the ugliest fountain. Super, large breakfast for everyone's tastes, had outstanding food.

Everything was very comfortable, generous and comprehensive breakfast. Because of a problem with guest room we were upgraded and had a functional room. The location was nice and perfect, away from the main city center and the interior design was nice.

Every time in Berlin we stay in this hotel. All in all, it's lavish place that has efficient staff from house keeping to management. The venue has particularly good and perfect setting in Neukolln district really close to pubs shops as well as Centre.

The room with modern decor was big and fancy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were efficient and excellent co-operating people from house keeping to management.

I enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 7 nights here. Large breakfast with hot options, and the staff was very attentive and well experienced. The location was marvellous, near to kebab shops, Schonefeld Airport, and restaurants and shops. Café Cafe Dritter Raum located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a business trip. The breakfast available was generous and comprehensive with hot options.

Particularly good and ideal location in Berlin, close to the ugliest fountain on earth in the centre and the city center. Also, 8 to 10 kilometers from Berlin's main attractions.

Breakfast for everyone's tastes. Stylish room with internal patio, coffee plus a bath and large and comprehensive breakfast to start the day. All in all perfectly comfortable and top location, near to a bustling airport and the fountain in the foyer.

We were there for 2 days, everything was very comfortable, really enjoyed its good and ideal location near to both the city centre and Tegel airport, Neukölln, and the center of Berlin. The stay was really nice.

Had a really great stay for business trip, everything was great. The queen room was stunning, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. It was in a central setting to Berlin-Schönefeld airport. Outdoor bar was nice.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, yet everything was amazing. The staff was attentive, kind, and responded promptly to requests. The accommodation had a central location right near the train links. Moreover, it's very close to S-Bahn, and the city centre.

next to alexanderplatz, 10 minutes' walk to s sonnenallee train station. the hotel seems like a comfortable base for short stay.
