Hotel Chateau Kurfuerstendamm

Travelled with my dog, spent 3 nights here and had a very relaxing stay. I stayed in superior queen room with a double bed. There were coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

Every staff member was very very helpful.

Overall had very very good stay for short visit. The location was absolutely perfect and quiet because it was really close to Lidl, tube and Zoo train station, kurfurstendamm, and nice restaurants. The employees were very amiable and pleasant.

The location was excellent and the staff was amicable during the whole stay! The train station was walk from the venue, I greatly enjoyed it. Booked privilege room, that was provided with a double bed, clean bathroom, for instance:)))

Their staff were really slow.

A wide range of food for breakfast, it was NICE. Unbeatable central location adjacent to Berlin / buses, restaurants and shops and shopping area, transportation and fun activities. The staff was professional, the bathroom was fairly clean.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

The rooms were huge and practical with comfortable bed kept by the nice staff. Walk from the train station, just like we wanted.

It was airy, neat and with balcony. The staff were nice and very helpful, no complains at all.

Everything was good, magnificent location not far from several nice restaurants, a metro station and the near bars, really comfortable experience. Privilege room with a double bed, had essentials required. The room had a fridge, an electric kettle and air conditioning plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Amicable and attentive staff who cared about me.

The venue was beautifully designed, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent close to shopping centers, a restuarant, and the supermarket. I have stayed in standard queen room with sofa, a double bed, for example for 1 night. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was different to satisfy everyone. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was elegant overall.

Everything was very good during 3 days, loved its perfect and magnificent location close to nice restaurants, a shopping district and at least 2 buses / trains. I was upgraded to a practical superior double room with balcony. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge worked well.

Location: the hotel was just off the nearest bus stop, U-bahn and S-bahn, restaurants and the Kurfuerstendamm. Visited a few interesting places, including a known zoo, located just a short walk away from the venue.

the team provided an excellent service and the room was a nice size and well-equipped with balcony, clean bathroom, for example. the rate was £ 92.

Facilities were pretty nice, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Quiet and perfect units with a bathtub as well as tea, and the staff were friendly. Very central location was a plus. There was a good restaurant not very far from the hotel.

Got standard queen room when arrived, appreciated that. It was reasonably large with nice touches and a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card.

Could not be improved in any way.

Fairly good location, elegant standard double room. Moreover, we could park our car on site. Super base for exploring Berlin.

Had breakfast for eur 12 per person. The room was facing the city...

Wonderful breakfast, comfy beds. We loved our stay, and we do recommend the hotel.
