Fairly clean place, staff was excellent. The room was reasonably sized, with very nice bathroom, a nice balcony, as example, slept really well. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, for example, Breitscheidplatz was at a walking distance from the hotel. You could walk to the Christmas market and a market. Everything was simply perfect.

The breakfast was excellent and great with a great selection of different food. The hotel had a central setting in reach of all public transport.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

All in all, it's amazing place that has exceptionally nice and welcoming staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is sensational and great with lots of food. The location is in a great spot next to lots of good shops.

the location is great, and the staff is amicable. an iron, flat-screen tv and a seating area inside the standard queen room were handy. buffet breakfast was good, we loved it. we didn't want to leave, recommend.

Lovely stay, as always. Besides, parking was available nearby. 30 km away from Berlin Brandenburg airport;)))
