Well-kept unit with a nice decor.

This was a very good stay on a big city vacation. The employees were attentive.

The staff - some of them were very unhelpful.

This hotel was functional, with good service and amazing location right in the city center. Helpful stuff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The breakfast was savoury and particularly good, had a wide array of options.

The hotel is perfectly good with excellent personnel at reception desk. The breakfast is reasonably good, the room is family-friendly and nicely furnished with a fan.

The units are well-equipped on the lower floors. You will find a coffeemaker, air conditioning, and a couch.

The restaurant was nice for evening meals here, I had fresh dishes.

Had 3 days in Berlin, spending my time here lovely! The staff were affable and fairly friendly and the design was very modern. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a great selection of freshly made food. It was in a good and amazing location close to a major shopping street. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Berlin.

Relaxing base for discovering Berlin with very responsive staff on every shift. Magnificent and comfortable location, to the "historic" sights. And not far from versatile restaurants and bars, a major shopping area and Berliner Hof in connection with Berliner Halb Marathon.

We booked double room that was complete with kettle, a very comfy bed, for example as advertised. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with continental options aplenty and had plenty of food.

Well, the views were pretty bad here.

The place is wonderful small and modern. It has fantastic setting and affable staff at reception desk. The bus stop is 100 metres away. Every visit to Berlin we like to stay here.

The units are compact, family-friendly with sofa bed, bedroom & separate living area plus large cabinets. Everyone who works in the hotel is HELPFUL and easy going.

The location was perfect and incredible, and we could reach Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church by walking. Set close to restaurants and bars, it was a plus. The breakfast was savoury with a great selection of good food on offer.

The property was impressive with affable and flexible staff on every shift, I really enjoyed the stay. The location was peaceful, close to a major shopping street. The hotel was in a busy area, right by railway station, zoo, shops, restaurants, buses, Europa Center and the Christmas market. All the facilities were good.

The place was fairly clean with a pleasant staff on every shift. The room I stayed in was airy, it had 1 king-size bed. There was a particularly nice view of courtyard. Free hot drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise. Had quiet location in the shopping district, close to a major shopping street.

Everything was great, really enjoyed our such great stay. The unit we got was huge with fridge. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

The staff was not polite.

We loved staying here, the place exceeded all expectations. Double room with a nice view, had basic facilities we needed.

Nothing that i didnt like.

The room was neat with a safe, kettle plus twin beds and safety measures included smoke detectors. The location was amazing and brilliant, for example, The Door was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

everything was perfect during 3 days, really enjoyed its amazing location so close to walls, the center of the "west " part of berlin, and the airport bus. all the staff was accommodating and flexible, fixed my issues. the service was outstanding with an early check-in.

Some of the staff were impolite.
