We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and clean. Really kind and nice staff who provided an excellent stay. The bedroom was quiet and tasteful. The service was excellent, no complains at all, it was just what we needed. You could leave a car nearby. Our location was AMAZING and incredible, close to a subway station.

The staff was efficient and everything was really good.

The breakfast was savoury, well presented and with variety of options. Very central location not far from the tube station and the Eastside Gallery or the Brandenburg Gate, the last watch tower, the Tiergarten, the museums, it was in a very convenient area.

The rooms were reasonably spacious where a delicious a-la-carte breakfast was served by a real chef, everything was excellent. Very polite and exceptional staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

The units are compact, high standard. The bathroom is clean, the beds are very comfy, the staff are incredibly kind.

The location was great and amazing, with an underground station close to the hotel.

I found everything excellent, would recomand it to friends. I enjoyed this bright place, stayed there for 5 nights.

The total stay was really lovely in winter. And the facilities were very good. The location was stunning, within walking distance of a monumental statue. Shops and convenience stores were right next door.

The decor of the new-fashioned room was lovely and it was spotless too. The staff were all very polite and exceptional, perfect service.

I loved the room, the bed was lovely. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from Museum Ephraim-Palais.

Had a fantastic time. An awesome place with a pretty view. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Location not too far from Heinrich-Heine-Strasse metro station.

The staff were friendly and the position was great. Thoroughly enjoyed being at a moderate distance from heinrich-heine-strasse metro station. Moreover, the free WiFi was available. It was worth its 4 stars.
