Our room was a nice size with air conditioning, UK TV channels, for example.

Truly exceptional venue, wonderful location close to transport, supermarkets and restaurants, and other interesting sites, truly enjoyed our stay. The room was high quality and a nice size, had separate bathroom.

Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was not comfortable.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was quick. I had fully-equipped and well decorated room with reasonably large bathroom. The staff were friendly efficient and genuinely helpful as I expected. The location was magnificent and perfect with the train station metres from the accommodation.

Wonderful, fairly clean venue with great location short walk to Alexanderplatz and Museum Island as well as the Museums island in 5 minutes walking. Big size room plus with view on the tv tower.

Everyone was efficient and attentive. It was in the very central location to a shop for necessities.

The hotel was in a central setting close to everything including all types of transportation. And it was just 1 km from Museum Island. There were very big beds and central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card in the studio suite.

Our stay here was perfectly pleasant, amazing base for exploring Berlin. The staff was professional, gave advice about the city. The location of this well priced and exceptional hotel was quiet, to a shop for necessities. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

The location is great, close enough to restaurants, shopping, Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, train, tram and the many outdoor bars by the Spree - could n't be better. And it's by Kupfergraben.

The airport was 30 km away from here, brilliant and awesome location. The staff was polite and informative all the time. And they fixed a couple of minor problems right away. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and available with washing machine, large comfortable beds, as for instance.

The room I had was light with view on the TV tower. The location was peaceful and stunning, right by the train station.

We where there for 4 days, everything was perfect, enjoyed its brilliant and top location near to Berlin, many tourist attractions and resaurants, and train stations. Exceptional service offered in this hotel. The stay was absolutely good.

i had a soundproof and light room with the kitchenette, a microwave, as example. a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges where a plus. some of the stuff members were pleasant and efficient. the service offered was excellant.

All in all, it was welcome base for traveling to Berlin. During our stay we witnessed bar staff being helpful to guests. Terrace available in the room. In addition, free Wi Fi was handy.

This hotel was just a wonderful base for short stay. Location so close to alexanderplatz...

The hotel had a GREAT location. We liked our time here. One could dine at restaurants such as Monsieur Wan 10 minutes away.
