Greatly enjoyed our room, it was bright and nice with a multi-channel TV and a radio. The staff were nice and amiable.

Cold bathroom, musty room, we were a little disappointed.

the units are bright, quiet. glad to have tv and a radio. our hotel is set in a central location close to the subway, the centrum, and metro and messe conference center. charlottenburg district is worth your attention.

The staff were fairly friendly and know their duties. Truly enjoyed staying at the twin room. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was nice.

Some people working there were very rude.

The staff were very pleasant and amicable when asking for tips about Berlin. I had a double room included with a balcony and nice bathroom plus double Bed. I got savoury and tasty breakfast, it was included...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Enjoyed our guest room. Television and a radio were useful. The location in a very very nice area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were fairgrounds and supermarkets nearby.

We enjoyed hotel's rooms and location. It's easy walk to Cancun, good for a little drink.
