Arco Smart Hotel Berlin

The location was comfortable, next to Augsburger Strasse Tube/U-Bahn Station as well as notable areas, in a very convenient area. Exceptional service, as the staff were thoughtful.

The hotel had a central location in the common area at the reception. We loved the convenience of the double room, as well as a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities etc.

Comforts of tastefully decorated room with balcony were fabulous. There were a laptop-size safe, a sofa bed, and central heating provided.

Neat, recently renovated rooms with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. The staff was super-friendly, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good facilities in general, good and unbeatable location in a quiet area.

Overall it was nicely decorated and modern, with a private bathroom.

Bright & brand-new unit with balcony.

Location very close to shops in the neighborhood, Gedaechtniskirche, and many shops. Good sized and newly decorated rooms with facilities like central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card.

Beautifully decorated units with beds bed, bath, balcony, and very very helpful staff.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice and the location was magnificent in nice silent area with good public transportation connections...

This hotel was located in a central area short walk to excellent restaurants, and three U-Bahn stations. Found time to see a major shopping street, that's within walking distance of the property.

Overall it was well-equipped with balcony.

its location was marvellous very close to the u2 metro line. really enjoyed that it was set near to excellent restaurants, and the ku'damm. the breakfast was sensational and we could use free wi-fi.

The staff was not welcoming at all.

Staff is attentive and you can park your car nearby. It's overall clean with a central location in general the neighborhood is quiet.

Magnificent location walking distance to a bakery and shops. Very easy to get from Berlin Brandenburg airport, just 30 km. Amiable staff, always with a smile. The double room with bath, beds bed, as for instance.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

It was in an unbeatable location within short walking distance to Connection. Besides, we were walking distance to restaurants and bars.

It was an outstanding place to stay in Berlin. The location was quiet and perfect, for example, a famous West Berlin thoroughfare was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Besides, it was not far from the main hub of West Berlin, and many nice cafes.

Immaculately clean venue and attentive employees. Quiet and absolutely perfect location, new-fashioned rooms with a good bathroom.

The hotel had a good position. Kurfurstendamm is so close to the property. All the personnel was helpful!
