Stunning location - near S-bahn, and restaurants. Had double room with wonderful Berlin zoo views, hammock and the TV.

Well-organised unit with a smart decor.

The location of the property was good and amazing, in Neni restaurant. Overall it was well-maintained, with an open bathroom. The staff was lovely friendly and gave some great recommendations.

The breakfast was great, the room was well-appointed with a view of the zoo. The staff were helpful and caring people.

As for me, rooms were beautiful and outstanding with a view on the park, they offered wake-up service.

All the employees were amazing and fabulous. I had a nice breakfast with the truly _excellent_ view and the brightest atmosphere, for example.

The breakfast was premium with stunning views over the zoo and the food was delicious. Great and stunning location close to the Christmas Markets, and Mitte or Kreuzberg by public transport, I felt safe. The staff were extremely great all the time of my stay.

The hotel was situated in the central location right beside a major train station.

The staff is motivated here, the services are exceptional, and location is stunning really close to the Resteraunt which was a lovely setting, and a forest in the middle of Berlin city center. The breakfast is premium, the staff keeps it stocked and clean.

Nothing special breakfast, it should be way much better.

There were beautifully maintained and new-fashioned rooms with very comfy beds. The staff there were outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly.

The location was fantastic and amazing, you can visit Aquarium Berlin by walking.

The hotel provides an excellent service. The building is very nicely decorated and the rooms are extremely spacious and spotless with a hammock, great view, a fantastic design.

The staff were very cool and cool and took care of us. This nice and remarkable hotel had a central setting in the bar area on the cozy hammocks overlooking the zoo.

Had 4 nights in Berlin, spent our time here lovely. Got reasonably spacious room with excellent breakfast and the TV - always come in handy. The service was excellent, it had a nice rooftop restaurant. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Staff is pretty friendly and affable and you can park your car nearby. The units were nice looking with view over the zoo. The service is marvellous, includes good parking.

Huge and incredible room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Best possible and brilliant location, at a moderate distance from a major shopping street. And near Berlin, the roof top restaurant and zoo. Really had fabulous stay during a business trip.

Location: the hotel was next to cool shops. Charlottenburg district was worth visiting. Moreover, parking was nearby. Had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay during a business trip, would love to go back.

Although everything was good, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The place was cool and chic, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. We got double room with futon beds, the kitchen, view to the zoo, had really lovely experience here.

Everything was great, had a great stay during a business trip. My room with hammock, the Monkey bar, as for instance was huge, had good night's sleep. The staff was exceptional and incredible providing the information. The location was magnificent and brilliant, close to Aquarium Berlin. What's more, it was close enough to Berlin, Tiergarten and Poland.

Our favorite hotel in Berlin, staff was friendly! All in all a fantastic experience. The room was fashionable and had a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and central heating. Moreover, we parked at the public parking. You can eat in bars and restaurants.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Everything was excellent, regarding cleanliness and comfort. It's just a pleasant stroll away from zoologischer garten subway station, really enjoyed that, easily traveled around the city. All those staff we met were welcoming. Beds are super.

The a sauna met every demand. The rooftop bar was available on the premises. Even the Tegel airport was not so far. Brilliant place for a city break in Berlin.

Wonderful local attractions like tauentzienstrasse were very close to the hotel. The location was Amazing, about a 20-minute walk from the S Tiergarten train station. Free breakfast each morning...
